Coming off a breakout 10-3 effort with plenty of offseason attention as the calendar looks ahead to the 2023 campaign, Florida State has rewarded coach Mike Norvell with a contract extension that makes him among the highest-paid coaches in the ACC. Under the terms of the new deal, which runs through 2029, Norvell will be paid $8.05 million annually.
With Norvell nearly doubling his $4.5 million annual salary, he will become the second-highest paid coach in the ACC (behind Clemson's Dabo Swinney) and 10th-highest paid nationally.
