Mauricio Pochettino has been confirmed as the new head coach of Chelsea.

The Athletic revealed earlier this month that the former Tottenham Hotspur boss, who has been out of work since leaving Paris Saint-Germain last year, had agreed terms to become Graham Potter’s permanent successor at Stamford Bridge.

The Argentine has signed a two-year contract with the option of a third and will officially take up his new role from July 1.
